My catering philosophy is built on three pillars: thoughtful sourcing, seasonal & nutritious cooking, and the power of shared tables.

After years of cooking on sailing boats and working directly with producers across the Mediterranean, I've learned that the most memorable meals happen when people gather around food that honors both the land or sea as well as the hands that cultivated it.

What Guides My Work

Transparent & Conscious Sourcing I believe you should know where your food comes from. Over the years, I've studied and witnessed firsthand how global food systems can disconnect us from the true cost of what we eat, not only financially but humanly and environmentally. I seek out suppliers who are transparent about their practices, who pay fair prices, and whose supply chains don’t rely on exploitation. I am building direct relationships with producers in Berlin and beyond, learning their stories, and choosing ingredients that align with dignity and care at every step. I’m not perfect and this is an ongoing journey, but it’s one thing I take seriously.
