I'm Vallery - sociologist with a focus on food and sustainability, event & tourism manager, and cook on sailing boats.
I founded Vallery's Galley on a simple belief that our food culture needs to change. It should be more accessible, more honest, and more respectful of nature, the people who grow our food, and those we share the table with.
That's why I bring people together again, at cooking classes, brunches, and food events in Berlin.
